Don’t want to spend your vacation in the books? Start your Open Water education with PADI e-Learning. This way you complete the academic portion of the Open Water course prior to the start of your training in Key West, allowing you to save valuable vacation time.
Divers medical questionnaire
Please read the diver’s medical questionnaire before signing up for this course. The purpose of this questionnaire is to find out if you should be examined by your doctor before participating in recreational diver training. A positive response to a question does not necessarily disqualify you from diving. A positive response means that there is a preexisting condition that may affect your safety while diving and you must seek the advice of your physician prior to engaging in dive activities.
